How do I create an HonorNext account?
Choose My HonorNext or Create free account, then continue with Google. Your Google email becomes your secure sign-in; HonorNext does not receive your Google password.
Why does my name appear after I sign in?
HonorNext uses the name on your signed-in Google account. It is shown only to personalize your private workspace unless you deliberately publish a showcase.
Is a payment method required for the free plan?
No. HonorNext Core is free and does not require a payment method.
Jobs and opportunity access
Where do the job listings come from?
HonorNext displays current postings from identified public employer and government feeds. Each listing names its source so you can verify details before applying.
Can I apply directly inside HonorNext?
You can search, filter, save, and prepare inside HonorNext. Final applications are completed on the employer’s official site so you remain in control and can confirm the latest requirements.
What is Priority Access?
Priority Access highlights additional curated listings and planning tools for eligible paid members. It does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement, or special treatment from an employer.
What if a job is expired or a link does not work?
Employer feeds can change after HonorNext receives them. Return to Job Search, refresh the results, and confirm the posting on the named employer’s official site.
Membership and billing
What do the plans include?
Core provides the free profile, opportunity search, and tracker. Plus adds deeper organization and priority planning. Guided includes Plus and member-controlled AI career preparation.
How does monthly billing work?
Plus is $9 per month and Guided is $29 per month. Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled, and Stripe securely processes the payment.
How do I change or cancel a paid plan?
Open My HonorNext and choose Manage billing or cancel. Stripe’s secure customer portal lets you manage the subscription tied to your account.
Are subscription payments refundable?
Subscription payments are not normally refunded except where required by law. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent a future charge.
Guided AI and privacy
What can Guided AI help me do?
Guided can translate military experience into civilian language, prepare résumé and cover-letter drafts, and help you practice interview responses using the facts you provide.
Does the AI apply for jobs or make decisions for me?
No. Guided prepares editable drafts only. You review every statement, decide what to use, and submit every application yourself.
What information should I never enter?
Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, medical records, government identification numbers, or classified information.
What happens when I reach the monthly AI limit?
Your existing workspace remains available. New AI generations pause until the monthly allowance resets or your plan changes.
