What HonorNext uses
Account information
When you sign in, HonorNext receives an account identifier and email address so your private workspace can be associated with you.
Service measurement
HonorNext may count a small set of product actions, such as starting a profile, beginning a job search, selecting a plan, or opening an employer application. These measurements do not include résumé contents, profile answers, email addresses, or job-search terms.
Profile and tracker information
We store the service status, priority, location, opportunities, deadlines, notes, and statuses you choose to save. Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking details, medical records, passwords, or classified information.
Support requests
When you contact support, HonorNext stores the reply email, category, message, optional page link, status, and submission time needed to review and resolve your request.
AI-assisted features
Only information you intentionally provide for an AI-assisted task should be processed for that task. Avoid submitting classified information, medical records, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive documents.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout and card information. HonorNext may retain customer, subscription, plan, and payment-status references needed to provide membership, but does not store complete card numbers or security codes.
How information is used
Information is used to operate your workspace, improve matching, provide requested assistance, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. HonorNext does not state or imply that personal data is sold.
Sharing
Your saved workspace is not public unless you deliberately publish a showcase. Information may be processed by providers needed to host, secure, and operate HonorNext, or disclosed when legally required.
Retention and choices
You can correct saved profile information, download an account-data copy, or permanently delete your account from My HonorNext. Active paid memberships must be canceled first so deletion does not leave an unmanaged subscription. Support and transaction records may be retained while needed to resolve requests, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or document billing activity.
