What HonorNext uses
Account information
When you sign in, HonorNext receives an account identifier and email address so your private workspace can be associated with you.
Profile and tracker information
We store the service status, priority, location, opportunities, deadlines, notes, and statuses you choose to save. Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking details, medical records, passwords, or classified information.
AI-assisted features
Only information you intentionally provide for an AI-assisted task should be processed for that task. Avoid submitting classified information, medical records, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive documents.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout and card information. HonorNext may retain customer, subscription, plan, and payment-status references needed to provide membership, but does not store complete card numbers or security codes.
How information is used
Information is used to operate your workspace, improve matching, provide requested assistance, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. HonorNext does not state or imply that personal data is sold.
Sharing
Your saved workspace is not public unless you deliberately publish a showcase. Information may be processed by providers needed to host, secure, and operate HonorNext, or disclosed when legally required.
Retention and choices
Account deletion, data export, correction, and retention procedures must be finalized before full commercial launch. Until then, avoid storing sensitive documents or irreplaceable records.
